Do bees die after they sting you? The Honey Bee does! After they sting you, most bees are able to remove their stinger from your body. When the Honey Bee stings someone, it is not able to pull its stinger back out. Not only is it not able to pull its stinger out, but in the process of trying, the Honey Bee also rips off part of its abdomen, digestive tract, muscles, and nerves. Ouch! The tremendous amount of trauma kills the Honey Bee.
