The team that came to do the initial service on the house was prompt and very professional. They did a thorough inspection and closed off several entry points where the rodents were getting in. They gave me a detailed explanation of what they had done and why. I was very impressed and pleased with the work that they did.

Gregory was our technician and has been performing our pest service for a while now. He always calls and then when he arrives comes to check to see if we have any issues. When he finishes he contacts us to let us know if he found any issues and sends us a receipt with information on the service. He is great and we really appreciate everything he does especially in this heat!
