The owner and the pest control associates are quite professional. I had numerous preventative measures needed and they explained the process, payments, and issues easily so I could understand. Also, once everything was installed and completed, they let me know they’re just a phone call away if any more issues were to arise. So far, we have been quite happy, in the past 4 months of having their service, we have not had one incident that required a call. Finally, they understand their craft. They explain it in detail and also answer any questions! I will continue to use proactive pest control.

We had a great experience with Proactive. Kenny provided excellent advise and information about how to minimizes roaches at our house, and helped us with non-pesticide solutions.

Been using ProActive for years! Great service and no bugs! And if for some reason there are bugs in between my quarterly services, they guarantee their service, so they come back and get rid of then at no extra cost. I’ve only had to use that once for ants though.

Very kind, informative, affordable, and not pushy at all.

I have worked with many pest control companies and never really stuck with one because service was always sub-par. But for the last year we have been working with Dustin from Proactive and he is amazing. He is always prompt and professional. He would always make sure my gate was secured back and he was always patient with my impolite dogs. The last time he serviced my property he even rolled the trash can up to the garage for me. That little detail was so appreciated and showed how willing to go the extra mile he is. Even though we are moving, I will always keep Dustin in mind for future services. Thank you Dustin!

Had a flying ant problem and owner of company came out same day.Due to the scare I had termite service completed along with pest control.Very reasonable priced. Also answered any question that I had or was concerned about.Would recommend service to family and friends.

I put in a request online on Monday evening, I got a call Tuesday to discuss my concerns and Dan came out on Wednesday morning. We are new to GA and had no idea the common issues of roaches here. We also seem to be having a mouse issue that he didn’t BS me trying to sell me a bunch of expensive products. He provided detailed information and recommendations. I didn’t feel rushed even though I asked a ton of questions! I am so happy I reached out to Proactive Pest Control & very highly recommend them! Excellent service! I looked up a number of companies and decided upon them based upon other reviews I read and the fact they won Best of Gwinnett 4 years straight. Dan called me right back, set an appointment, took a look at the property, gave an estimate, and we set a date for my first service. Dan is very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable; solidified my decision on choosing them for my termite service.

Call and spoke to Dan and told him I needed someone to come and check our house for termites. Dan took the time to explain what needed to be done both outside and in our crawl space.
