The short answer to this is YES! I’ll use my own situation as an example. Our family recently moved to a new home. I say that it’s a new home, but it’s not new, just new to us. It’s about 40 years old, and is a farm house on several acres of land. During the due diligence phase of our home buying process, we decided to have a professional wildlife company inspect our attic. The inspector located evidence of rats and mice, flying squirrels, bats, and even a snake skin. We practically had a zoo up in our attic!
